Automation of CoronationMB Account Opening Process: automating how users can open an account with Coronation Merchant Bank

A responsive website design focused on providing customers with a seamless and convenient experience for opening various types of accounts online.

Task

Designed the application based on UX research, user needs, and stakeholder requirements. Identified and eliminated common usability problems in a digital account opening system. Designed and developed the visual designs using tools such as Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Result

Drastically reduced the time required to open a new account from days to mere minutes. This led to increased customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and quicker onboarding of new clients, ultimately benefiting both the bank and its customers.

The mobile app has been redesigned to offer users seamless access to CoronationMB mobile banking features, providing a unified platform that allows users to manage their finances and wealth with ease and convenience. It ensures a streamlined and efficient banking experience directly from the Coronation Wealth app.
